I am starting week 6 I spiked 7 pounds and then have started drifting back down to only being up 4 pounds. I havent changed any gear they are still the same bottles. So any ideas?

first thing I would say is diet....you need more calories if your body is growing...have you adjusted your diet...are you getting enough sleep, there are a lot of diff variables...
eat big to get big.
increase calories and you will put that weight back on!
I'm thinking hydration maybe the concern. Keep downing the H2O.
I was thinking all of the above.
I think my H2O is not as high as it usually is, my calories are lower, and I have been killing it in the gym so I may be over training. However, I have been getting enough sleep.
I will start eating and drinking MORE today and I will try to keep my work outs as close to normal, just bigger weight.
