Hey all. I have been training in martial arts since i was about 5, I did korean karate Tang Su Do from age 5-13 and did Muay Thai from age 15-17 and BJJ for 6 months last year age 19. I started training in MD this school year in Muay Thai and BJJ, of hopes of fighting k1... as for my question, I need the intensity my fighters mentalaty to come out...i had it when i was young but as with age I seem to loose it...how can I get amped for being the best mental fighter i could be?
