    fighting help

    Hey all. I have been training in martial arts since i was about 5, I did korean karate Tang Su Do from age 5-13 and did Muay Thai from age 15-17 and BJJ for 6 months last year age 19. I started training in MD this school year in Muay Thai and BJJ, of hopes of fighting k1... as for my question, I need the intensity my fighters mentalaty to come out...i had it when i was young but as with age I seem to loose it...how can I get amped for being the best mental fighter i could be?

    Are you talking about increasing your aggression level?

    get your trainer to slap you about before a bout, I saw it on tv it worked for him

    Let me get this you are 20 and think your old? lol You should not need anything to jack you up If you have trained since 5 and are good you should have no problems.Dont look for magic pills I have trained in the arts for over 30 years it is all mental Try believing in your skills

    hey man don't mess with the head into locker trick. I'll spaz on you . J/K to each his own to get hyped up, I like getting some form of pain before I step out on the mat. So it's no surprise while i'm competing, kinda like having someone slap you before you go into a match. To each his own i guess.

    jus concentrate n get in the zone, be relaxed. listen to some hyped up music
