Please critique my diet for the final week before the nationals
Ok so i am 1 week out from the nationals.
Currently i am eating strictly fiber and protien no sodium added and drinking strickly spring water. here is how my diet plan follows for the week before the show. please critique and let me know what you think.
Monday 2400 calories
2 oz cereal
37 oz chicken
18 oz California mix
24 oz carrots
Tuesday 2600 calories
3 oz cereal
39 oz chicken
18 oz California mix
6 oz potato
6 oz carrot
Wednesday 2900 calories
3 oz cereal
41 oz chicken
20 oz potato
Thursday 3100 calories
3 oz cereal
42 oz chicken
25 oz potato
Friday 3300 calories
4 oz cereal
42 oz chicken
28 oz potato
Saturday
Eat very lightly so stomach does not swell
Cereal and chicken
Nibble through the day on shredded wheat, potato or sodium free plain rice cakes
Water:
Wednesday 2 – 3 L over normal consumption
Thursday 3 – 4 L over normal consumption
Friday NIL
Saturday NIL
