Drinking water and water retention question????

I know everyone talks about retaining water while on Test E or Test Cyp, but not on Prop. Well my question is if you are on a Prop cycle and not worried about water retention is it still ok to drink 1-1 1/2 gallons of water a day? I have lowered my sodium intake to lessen any kind of bloat I MIGHT get. My diet is superclean and doing cardio about 5-6 days a week, 45-55 min, 60-70% of MHR. Will the excess of drinking water and lowering my sodium actually help promote fat loss??? Thanks bro's!! :hello:

Well in a way, But Water Loss more then anything.

The more you drink, the less you hold as your peeing every 5 minutes. Well at least that's how I am :eek:

So the more you drink doesnt necessarily mean the more water you will hold and the more you will look bloated?? :unsure:

Yup.

Sooner, I'm amazed you don't know this already from my forums and the VIP. There were many threads on sodium and the concepts around it.

Nah, I'm not sayin' you shouldn't research bro, just amazed you missed the threads that discussed this directly that's all.

The answer is to pound that water. The only time you have to restrict water is before a show. Sodium/water retention in no way will affect your fat loss.
You may look better the more you drink, as you can piss out excess and show more definition, but it won't affect fat loss either way.
