hey guys i am so so sick of eating eagg whites.i normally just take 8 egg whites mix it up an stick it in the microwave. an i cant eat boiled eggs big no makes me sick. pls guys :(

hard boiled eggs make me fart all day long..... i hate egg whites...... hope we can get some recepies in here
at least make it in a frying pan! add some seasonings, like garlic, pepper, salt, onion powder, etc to add some flavor. tastes good to me.
scramble the eggs with salsa, ham or turkey, hot sauce, jalepenos... or any of these combos, i wont copyright my recipe:) i also wrap it in a low carb tortilla sometimes for a little treat;)Quote:

I throw some egg whites in with my protein shake.
I just put 5 or 6 whites in w/ 2 or 3 yolks and scramble em. Chow em down quick. I suppose I could make an omlet, but I just wanna get it overwith. In fact, I think I will start making omlets.
i have to have my prevacid so i dont have gas all day
put no carb barbque sauce and tabasco on mine
scrambled over here w/ some fat free garlic flavor cooking spray and some chopped up green peppers.

I eat my egg whites with a side of yolks. I love the yolk. It has lots of vitamin A and Omega-3's.
And not to mention sodium. One yolk actually has 1500mgs of sodium. For those who bloat easily, I would chuck the yellow part out.Quote:

dont you wish french toast, pancakes, and bacon were as nutrious as eggs, oh well.
i just get them pastuerized(sp) egg whites and drink that **** down. doesn't taste like anything, and it gets it over with quickly. either that or i'll mix the egg whites with a little (maybe 1/2cup) of carb smart fat free milk, and a scoop or 2 of some whey.
also if its for my pre-bed shake i might put half a scoop of carb smart ice cream in there, only 2 carbs in that and it makes it taste like a **** good milk shake:
2scoops atw strawberry
1/2scoop Carbsmart strawberry icecream
1/2cup carbsmart ff milk
some egg wh.
Essentials:
Frank's hot sauce
Low Carb wraps
Optional:
peppers
salsa
jalapenos (oh yeah!!)
diced chicken
fat free ham
turkey sausage
whatever else is in my fridge.
