there's no dextrose or malto in Pepsi which makes it a pretty poor replacement for dextrose. Pack of sweet tarts would work better.

i bought a hamsteak the other day and the second ingredient in it was dextrose. Kinda odd.

just because it spikes insulin doesnt mean its shuttling protein to muscles or doing nething for repair. Gatorade or honey or sweet tarts are all good subs for the all mighty Dex.

lol, it's no big deal. Just get something else for the time being. They have Gatorade powder at grocery stores, or you can just use some Oats. It's not the end of the world, just try and shy away from sodas. Jay Cutler used have Coke post workout a while back, not sure how he justified that though.

The Pepsi was useless, hate to tell ya.
