OK it's been like 12 hours since my last attack. I ate a bowl of beef broth.
Been drinking Gatorade and water. Going to eat more beef broth at 8pm.
How soon can I eat saltine crackers? I bought the unsalted tops.
Can I eat live culture yogurt at midnight when I get home from work? Or should I wait until morning?
I skipped the Back and Bi routine I was supposed to have at the gym today. Sucks, because I was going to start the weight gainer and creatine mass program this week. :(

Well, I binged and ate a whole plastic bag of crackers. You know how some boxes have four plastic bags of crackers? Well, I ate a whole bag with cottage cheese. I ate instant banana flavored oatmeal for breakfast.
