which would u recommend?
I use water as milk contains 13 grams of carbs per cup, all of which are pure sugar (lactose).
That doesn't fit into my needs anywhere, but others differ.

Water... Milk gives me mad gas and the sh!ts, but i sometimes drink it to piss off my roommate :rolleyes: :chinese:
I take mine with water because of what swole said, but sometimes a switch it up 1 or 2 times a week for a change.
