Help with cutting diet while on testosterone
Hi, Im using during 8 weeks 400mg of Deca, 600mg of testoviron, im going to start my cutting diet next week, Im 5´7 and i wheight 176 pounds and a Bf about 18 %, Im not worried about losing lean mass, since im using testosterone, here goes the ammount of carbs, proteins and fats during the day!!
230g of protein
130g of carbs ( most of them are on the PWO shake and the rest on breakfest)
50g of fats
Im at the gym in the mornings and im going to do cardio at night!!
What do you guys think?
On sundays i dont work out, waht should i do about carbs and protein?
