im working on my meal plan and
i saw somewhere the basic equivalency grams to calories for protein, carbs and fats
i used the formula in the bulking section and i calculated 3360kcal per day
i just need a rough estimate on how many calories there are per gram protein, and carbs (complex and clean carbs.. mostly oatmeal)
i couldve sworn ive seen some sort of equivalency around here on how many calories there are per gram carb and protein
