Its isnt going to kill you. On the other hand it isnt going to help you.
its not as bad as having regular coke like me on a regular basis...pepsi with a sandwich is my weakness to bro, dont feel bad
diet soda is fine unless you are dieting for a show or a photo shoot.

Diet 7UP is my favorite. It keeps me somewhat sane while cutting.
aspartame rox and besides there is like 4x more aspartame in a tomatoe than in a diet soda. but aspartame is a precursor for L-Tyrosine which is a beast amino acid :)Quote:

yes but its made of aspartic acid and Phenylalanine
and a lil bit of methanol but this is very minuscule in comparison to most other foods that contain methanol many fruits and processed foods.

One of my biggest problems too. While on my last cutter i was drinking about 5 16oz diet Cokes a day.. Cant tell u if it did anything to my diet in any way but i got ripped to shreads. Wish i could have seen how i looked if i didtn drink any?? prob the same.
