Yeah seen those sites....but looking for more of book so when I am on the road I can have them on hand. I have seen some of those books on those 2 sites and the lack certain foods.
Some good nutrition books, (FOOD AND NUTFITON) anita tull (POWER EATING 1&2) (nutrition for serious athletes) (the sports nutrition guide book) all are good reads,,Quote:
