No bro, one meal a week isint gonna hurt you in the long run...go for it, I doubt it would hurt much as long as your dieting and working to the T the other 6 days of the week
Eat whatever the hell you want on cheat day...if you are busting ass the other 6 days it is not going to matter and will probably help you.
