Wuz up guys, I have just dropped from 210 to 172 since Jan 10. I did my bf yesterday and it is at 9%. I am happy with the way I look but I feel that I should be harder than what I am. I atribute it to the cutting of carbs. A norma day lokks like this for me:
7:00am glutamine with nitrix oxide(metrx)
Cardio on empty stomach 30min at 6mph.(I was doing Ihour for 3months but I was feeling to thin.)

10egg whites, 2wheat toast

train one body part

whey protein(50-60g) with an apple

fish with 1/2 cup of brown rice or 1?2 baked potato

2 cans of tuna

fish, steak or chicken with salad

I have done this for the last three months. Are my carbs to low.I do the cardio 5-6x's a week. Please give any suggestions. would creatine help(NOexplode) I would like to just get harder and a little more vascular!
