40 minutes cardio (5 days a week, stationary bike)
Breakfast;
4 bowls of All Bran
1 turkey breast
6 egg whites (scrambled)
1 protein mix
(No, not a good idea, after AM cardio you should avoid carbs, try an eggwhite omlette with broccoli and flax)
2hrs 45 mins later
3 chicken breast
5 potatoes mashed
1 protein bar (eas carb sense)
( Dump the potatos, and it looks like too much protein, Cut to 1 large, chicken breast and 1/2 cup of broccoli and flax seed oil.
2hrs 30 later
1 protein mix
(this seems to be your pre-workout meal so make this a shake w/flax seed oil)
(after that i do a workout 4 days a week)
Post work out
double protein mix
(your pwo meal should consist of a 2:1 ratio of Carbs: Protein, preferably a Shake with dextrose)
1 hr after post workout protein mix
7 egg whites
3 chicken breast
(your ppwo meal should consist of Chicken breast 1 1/2 cups of brown rice, and broccoli)
2 hrs later
7 egg whites
1 meal replacement drink (EAS)
(make this a protein shake w/flax seed oil much better for you throughout the night)
I tried to incorporate some type of fiber throught your meals so you can avoid that dreaded cereal, dairy is a no-no.
Then bed
Throughout the day i drink 4 or 5 litters of water
So there's my diet. Like i said just wanted a few suggestions on it, if i could take anything out or put something in. I'm pretty cut and want to stay that way hence what i think is pretty clean diet.
