Rate my diet
Hi guys,
I just wanted a few opinions on my diet. Right now i'm doing a course of enathate, winstrol depot. and viramone and i'm pretty much just trying to stay lean. This what i eat every day So here's my diet;
40 minutes cardio (5 days a week, stationary bike)
Breakfast;
4 bowls of All Bran
1 turkey breast
6 egg whites (scrambled)
1 protein mix
2hrs 45 mins later
3 chicken breast
5 potatoes mashed
1 protein bar (eas carb sense)
2hrs 30 later
1 protein mix
(after that i do a workout 4 days a week)
Post work out
double protein mix
1 hr after post workout protein mix
7 egg whites
3 chicken breast
2 hrs later
7 egg whites
1 meal replacement drink (EAS)
Then bed
Throughout the day i drink 4 or 5 litters of water
So there's my diet. Like i said just wanted a few suggestions on it, if i could take anything out or put something in. I'm pretty cut and want to stay that way hence what i think is pretty clean diet.

(4 bowls of cereal, 5 potatoes, etc.)

I would dump the all bran, potatoes, prot bar none of those help you stay lean. Look at the top of the page at the diets they are very good especially the cut up one!!

There's nothing wrong with the all bran (just cuz it's cereal doesn't mean it's high GI. All bran is just that-ALL BRAN which means it's almost all fiber). My only concern is how the hell you manage to eat 4 bowls of that stuff and not be on the toilet all day long. I never eat more than a quarter cup at a time.

That is what I was getting at Kim.
I'd personally leave cereal out however as you must use milk, and 4 bowls of milk would f*ck up any serious attempt at cutting bodyfat.
