im 6'1 250 bout 15%bf currently doing clean bulk...4000 cals 40/40/20 p/c/f. wanted to know if i switched over to keto at 4000 cals 50/50 p/f would i lose bf while i gain muscle??? normally i do keto while cutting with 2500 cal diet and ive had good results as far as weight loss...but i do get flat and def sacrifice muscle. just lookin for opinions!!
