Kick ass Post SwolCat knows the site
Hi, guys, I got a quick question for those that have been a part of this website for a wile. There used to be a kick assss post of the correct way of wating, what to eat, when to eat, work out brakedow. etc.. I cant remember who posted it. but it was great. I've been looking for it so I can print it and read it again. I've been a little out of it. I am looking forward to getting back into the gim and eating right. I think I know the drill, High Protein, avoid bad carbs, eat at least 6 times a day. Cardio in empty stomach, a good POW or somthing like that. ex; blck coffe or some type of suplement like hidrocy cut.
But the Thread I'am looking for was like a bible and it is very motivational. I hope one of you guys has it or at list know what I am talking about. Thanks.
