Does it really make a difference in which one you use? Do u guys witness better results using one or the other?
Isolate is meant strickly for PWO as it is absorbed very quickly into your body. Protein blends can be consumed any other time throughout the day.
Personally i think it doesn't really matter. Whey concentrate and isolate blend work well for me. The cost is cheaper too.Quote:
