average day on cycle need 411
whats up guys tomorrow will be the end of my first week havent weighed myself yet trying to do it once a week so my mind doesent play tricks on me any way took my second shot of deca today in right shoulder no serious pain my diet today is as follows
woke up- three eggs 1/2 can of corn beef hash
2 hrs later- 8 oz chicken protien shake
pwo - protien shake tuna fish sandwich i full can
dinner - nice size ny strip an ear of corn broccoli
before bed- 8 oz salmon protien shake
need some feed back rying to get the most out of my cycle my stats are 205lbs 22yrs 6'1 i am on bulking cycle
