Please critque and advise me
After reading Rambos cutting stick, it cleared up so much confusion for me. Thanks Rambo!! Here is my diet. please critique:
Meal 1: 7:15 am
Fat free light yogurt, 1/2 cup oatmeal, 2 mega men
Meal 2: 11:00 am
Protein shake, 2 flax seed pills
Meal 3:2:00 pm
Tuna Salad (chunky light tuna, fat free mayo), glutamine pill
Workout
Meal 4: (right after workout)
Protein Shake
Meal 5: 7:00 pm
Caesar salad (fat free caesar dressing), Turkey, 1/2 cup brown rice
Meal 6:9 pm
Protein Shake with Flax Seed Pill (should i take that at 9pm?)
I usually goto bed around 12. So please critique the timings if u need to.
