My daily diet usually consists of this...
Breakfast: 10 egg whites with sliced up turkey breast and FF cheese, slice of WW toast with PB
40 g protein shake
Lunch: Chicken breast/can of Tuna w/ weggie and a carb (rice, potatoe)
40g Protein shake
Dinner: Large spinach salad with chicken breat
40 g Protein shake.
Im 5'9" 165 lbs 6-8% BF...Im trying to add about 10-15 lbs of lean mass but I also want to see more muscle definition please Help me out!!
