I was in the supermarket yesterday and picked up some "lean" mince beef off the shelf. I could not believe how astronomically high the saturated fat was. Lean my ass. :lol: I threw it back on the shelf in disgust!
Does anyone actually have this in their diet? :?:
the minced beef i found here was 19g pro/16g fat
too much!!! for cheat day purposes only....but that shit tastes good with onions , tomatoe paste , salt , pepper some olive oil , tomatoes and some water...
put like 1KG of that shit on a ton of spaghetti...mmmmmmm....one nice ass meal :D

See if you can find ground turkey, I can get 99% fat free.
I sometimes use it and strain it/wash it with water to get alot of the fat off then add some spice to it and eat it
