I just bought a bottle of cod liver fish oil.....is this as good as flax seed oil..?? tha capsules are yellow.. can i have these insted of flax seed oil??

it's good but Flax has the highest amount of EFA's among most oils. take 6-10 caps/day
ok... I take two oil suppliments two times daily so its..... 4 and 4 then??
