I like like many veggies but as with any good diet you need them. So i am forced to eat em. The one veggie i love is CORN!! Does this have any benefitial things? People who i have talked to so no but i just wanted to know if there is? Thanx

it has good things in it as far as vitamins and fiber...but it's higher in starch than other vegetables. if that's a worry, FYI...if not, then by all means, enjoy your corn!
When people include veggies while dieting, I usually advise that they steer clear of corn/carrots/peas.
I will move this to the DIET forum.

IMO it depends on what your goals are. Corn is healthy. however, if your cutting i would advise to stay away from corn and peas.
