Glutamine.
yea man ..glutamine..there isnt enuff of this stuff in protein shakes so take an extra 5g with ur pwo shake..ul notice your not as sore the next day. When i ran out of glutamine and didnt have any for like 2 weeks my legs took forrrverrr to get back to 100%
i agree, glutamine works wonders for recovery 5g after workout and 5g before bed is what it do. but im a girl so you might wanna add another 5g in there somewhere.
