Im currently 80kg's but im looking to gain solid lean mass.
What do you guys think -
meal 1
2 slices wholemeal toast
8 egg whites/2 yolks
meal 2
1 weight gain shake(about 400 or so)
meal 3
1 cups rice9cooked)
1 chickenbreast(season for flavour or add small amount of bbq sauce etc)
meal 4
same as 3
meal 5(after workout)
1 weight gain shake
meal 6
chickenbreast or lean steak or fish
vegetables(stir-fry for flavour with little soy sauce etc) or salad(with little avocardo)
keep carbs low at night to stay lean.
