my diet
Im currently 80kg's but im looking to gain solid lean mass.
What do you guys think -
meal 1
2 slices wholemeal toast
8 egg whites/2 yolks
meal 2
1 weight gain shake(about 400 or so)
meal 3
1 cups rice9cooked)
1 chickenbreast(season for flavour or add small amount of bbq sauce etc)
meal 4
same as 3
meal 5(after workout)
1 weight gain shake
meal 6
chickenbreast or lean steak or fish
vegetables(stir-fry for flavour with little soy sauce etc) or salad(with little avocardo)
keep carbs low at night to stay lean.

I'd throw some almonds or Natural PB or some Flax Oil in that diet.

ok and what can i achieve when i add deca @ 450mg a wk and sus @ 600mg a wk and dbol for 20 days?? im 6.2 but appear skinny and wiegh 160lbs and i want to get bigger but mainly muscle and i dont want to get the fat look by eating near 5000 calories a day so a high protein diet as posted above can i achieve my goals?

I'd leave the gear OUT of the equation and make sure you can gain naturally for a good few years to add natural weight. If you can't gain weight naturally, then you won't gain shit w/gear.
