cutting!!
in a month or so, i will begin my dieting, to come in shape for the summer, it is a long way, but i need some tips. i have never been concerned about what to eat, so i think this will be a problem, i have a lot of muscles, but also, i'm gettin' chubby. so i just need some general tips?

Yes, read the cutting sticky. You will need to work out calorie intake before you can do anything. Egg whites, turkey, chicken, tuna, oats, brown rice, flax, almonds are all a good choice of protein/carbs/fat.
