Best macro ratio's for bulking/cutting
just wandering peoples opinions on macro ratios for either cutting or bulking
i dont believe there is a correct answer here - i just wanted peoples opinions
last time i cut - i used a ratio of 55/30/15 (Pro/carb/fat)
this worked well - and went below10% bf level, but found myself very moody due to the low carbs
and lost a little too much muscle for my liking
next time i will experiment with a 40/40/20 split
as for bulking i'm currently in day 1 of a bulk cycle and am on
40% pro
50% carbs
10% fat
