This is what I normally average per day and I want to figure out my total number of calories.
1 cup of oatmeal
8 egg whites plus 2 yellows
2 pita
3 Lean body Protein shakes (protein 45 g, carbs 24 g, fat 1.5 g)
2 Myoplex Mass protein shakes (protein 33 g, carbs 76 g, fat 7 g)
3 cups of brown rice.
5 cups of ground turkey & chicken mixed with black beans
2 Dannon nonfat yogurt
1 small mixed green salad
1 piece of fruit
If I don't have the ground turkey chicken mix I'll have 6 medium size chicken breasts for the day and 3 cups of pasta.
What total number of calories am I consuming a day?
