Diet Help!!
hey guys im 6'2" 215lbs, about 18-20% bf, i work a steady fulltime job so eating is kinda of difficult, the only times i can eat are breakfast, lunch, and after workout, and around bedtime, just wondering what kinda foods to eat while cutting, i wanna get down to say 8-10%bf.. what do you guys recommend, i also have a good whey protein and flax seed oil, what other foods or supplements do I need, also I will be doing cardio 5X a week in the morning empty stomach.. how long does it usually take to get down to such a bodyfat? i know to keep the protein intake high, and carbs low, just wondering if any of you bros have any other ideas or suggstions!! thanks in advance!

Look into meal reaplacement powders if you can't get in atleast five meals a day. otherwise i would try:
300g protein
250g carb
75g fat
thats just a geuss. if you do cardio you should get pretty lean like that.Good luck, eat clean train hard.

thanks for replying, i dont wanna get to lean, i wanna keep most of my muscle, just wanna get ripped up, any other ideas....??

getting lean......that is getting ripped up. There has been a bunch of great threads that are recent that cover good diet's and ideas.
