i just got a bunch of those smart one meals , by weight watchers, they seem to have enough carbs and protien in one meal , so if i eat 3 of those a day , with other food would that be good?

it would be helpful if you put the meals up, and YES it would be beneficial to add these meals to other meals, Just space out your meals throughout a day, with 2-3 hours between meals.
just keep a check on your total caloric intake, Whats your stats and your goals (gaining/cutting)??

i wana get bulky then start cutting
i eat some hard boiled eggs , and a protien shake at - 715
wheat bagel w/ cream cheese 9 30
2 turkey sandwiches 10 30
roast beaf on whole wheat bread 1 30
tuna - 5
and i put some of thoe weight watchers thourgh out the day , and eat fruit
Take a look at those things again, they are LOADED With salt!!
so what should i do , should i drop something ?
