to get the liquid flaxseed oil, not gelcaps.
U have to take like 14 of them to get 1 tbsp. Not good. Not effective.
Oil is the way to go!

tbsp a day...i've always been told to have it without carbs....
How much depends on your calorie and fat needs. Timing I like before bed with my protein to slow digestion.

ok i know ill probably get flamed again for askin a question like this but im gonna ask anyway. Where can i get some flax seed oil? I went to GNC and winndixie but couldnt find it.....
I buy mine at the vitamine shop, they will have it at most health food stores, it was probably in a fridge at GNC, it is supposed to be kept cool.

That right, i eat flax seed. Like one tbsp. Just swallow with water.. I think i get just the right amount of omega 3 from it.. I also use the blender and make a fine powder that can be putted in about any dish without noticing..Cost is pretty cheap also..

I have never seen anything on it. I would just make sure your fat intake isn't pushing you cals very high.
