i guess it does depend on how you would eat
but i would be very curious... if i could find a study on identical twins(not that this probably exists)... one taking test prop (to quicken the results upto par with igf) and another taking igf1 lr3.... having the same exact diet and training routines
I would say test nothing compares to AAS. Igf, slin and Gh are more advanced compounds when you are looking something extra that AAS cannot provide.
You cant compare the gains. Test all the way.
