3 weeks in and loving every bit of it..

I'M on a d-bol, test, deca cycle. My third cycle. I already gained 12 pounds and looking hard too. My strength gains are huge...

bench press 275lbs for 1RM......... is now 315 for 1 RM.

Incline dumbell press 80lbs for 4 reps..Now doing 100lbs for 6 reps.

Squats 250lbs for 10 reps .....Now 315lbs for 8 reps.

straight bar curls 95lbs for 8 strict reps now 125lbs for 6 strict reps.

Plus like three people have told me " damm bro your getting huge" :D :D :D I just love thoes comments. I tell them yea I just really got my diet and training dialed in and i'm eating a shit load of protein.

i'm on a cycle of test250 enanthate 500 for 8 wks 700 at weeks 4 and 5 i'm 4 weeks into it and have gained 11 lbs.
next cycle will look something like yours
