My 3rd Cycle Diary

Hey bros, I just did my first inject of my 3rd cycle today (I couldnt wait till Monday :dg: )

Here is my cycle:
wk 1-18 Test E 600mg/wk
wk 1-17 Eq 400mg/wk
wk 1-10 Tren E 400mg/wk
Letro @ .5mg Ed with Nolva @ 10mg ED

Proper PCT with Clomid, Nolva, L-dex, Trib, Creatine

My stats: I am 5'9" 210 lbs bf?? but I have been doing cardio 4-5x/wk at 45 min-1 hr. Been Training for 3 years Hardcore

I have a clean diet with high protein and very low simple carbs (only PWO).

I will post each time I inject with body weight changes and pics. Here are some pics of me now.

the first are the last set of me now......the last 2 are of what I used to look like. Those pics were from 8th grade. I was 280 lbs up until 10th grade. I went on the Atkins Diet and lost 100 lbs in 7 months. Since then I have been training and everyday my intensity increases and my drive to succeed gets greater.

Some of you may say considering all that cardio you dont look so lean, well the problem is that I have a lot of excess skin on my body. My skin is very stretchy and my stomach area has a lot of skin, although there is still some fat but its taking a lot of time to come off but I am willing to work hard.

I appreciate any comments, opinions, anything.

also any guesses of bf would be appreciated since i have no idea.....I will also post pics of my wheels when I can get someone to take a pic for me.

well i did my second injection today....felt good

went to the gym right after had an amazing workout! i love knowing i got juice in my system gets me more pumped up....

ive noticed huge differences in my eating....it feels like im eatin every minute of the day! ive done 2 cycles before this but ive never had hunger like this before....its insane! im still doing cardio 45-60 min 4-5x/wk and training DC style...i cant wait for the 4th and 5th weeks!!

well did my third shot today....went to the gym. Ive had off days the past 2-3 days because of studying for exams this week. Kinda upset about it but school comes first...My eating the past couple days has been down too because of studying...ill hopefully be able to up the cals this weekend cus next week i got 2 more exams... :frown:

well the weight i mentioned above of 210 was approximate....turns out i have put on more mass than I thought while losing body fat! I weight 223 lbs! I ve been training DC style and doing cardio 4-5x/week at a min of 35 min and max of 60 min. I have definitely lost bf because I can see some definition in some areas i have never seen before...unless its the gear?? but theres no way i could jump up that much weight in just a week...right??? well ill be watching my weight closer now and keep you guys posted. I will also be posting better pics of me and my wheels with someone taking the pics.

Hey bro whats up we are running almost the same cycles at almost the same time, I also just started mine, and its also my 3rd cycle. Its going to be cool to see how we compare to each other as time goes by and how much weight we can put on, good luck!

started week 2 yesterday......been feeling great in the gym but havent been eating a lot because i have been studying for stupid exams the past week. Once this week is over i can eat normally again.

nothing special to report yet...

finished up week 2 today....felt good in the gym a lil tired but thats cus of exams and such...

now exams are done which means its time to get back to my regular routine...also i am swtiching from the DC training to one body part a week for a couple weeks....kinda miss those workouts

def look more solid and vascular while lifting strength is gettin up there but not quite yet its still too early for that.

start of week 3 was today....shot went easily

feelin real good today about to hit the gym n do chest.....starting 1 body part/week for a little while then will switch back to DC training. I hope to see strength gains come real soon!

today, tuesday, I did back....wow all i can say is wow! The vascularity is coming through, the strength is def starting to show. I usually deadlift 275lbs for about 4-5 and today i did 175 with ease for about 8-9. I also did cardio today for 30 minutes.

I havent done cardio for a couple days not only for rest but I also slightly tore my quad playing intramural soccer so i was waiting for it to heal. I cant wait for the rest of my workouts this week!

went to the gym in the am today had an amazing workout and talk about pumps and vascularity and this is just the beginning!! I cant wait for week 5 when things get insane.

went to the gym today worked on bi's n tri's.....all i have to say is OMG!! The pump i got in my arms after one set was insane. My arms were so tight i felt like i wasnt able to put more weight on....man i cant wait for next week!!!

today, sunday start of week 4!!! just did my shot goin to the gym to work chest tomorrow morning! well see wut happens

went to the gym today, did chest...

pushed some weight ive never even touched before and this is only week 4! Its def the fina, it has to be...plus maybe the inc in test from 500 to 600mg/wk. I am horny as hell too unlike my other cycles.

Tren is amazing! Thats all i can say...i am moving weight that ive never moved before on any of my previous cycles in every single exercise for each body part. I will have new pics up this weekend and I will be posting my weight as well.

had some night sweats the past couple nights and some probs sleeping but other than that i love the sides of Tren :)

i cant wait for more of this craziness!

i decide to cut down the cals a little bit more and watch my carb intake at night

start of week 6 today...hittin the gym in a few, doin chest.

still dont have pics been real busy ill be able to do it within the next week or so once i graduate.

well I woke up this morning after doing legs yesterday (hit a personal best on leg press - 11 plates on each side) and realized i popped a blood vessel in my eye. Def had an insane leg workout for sure. Still not able to post pics exam hell week is here....but ill be posting them soon i promise. Hittin arms tomorrow...well see wut happens

well this week has been absolutely shit. I absolutely hate exams! My calories are def low, havent been able to do cardio. I cant wait to get home and get back into it. I didnt think my lifts would suffer this much. Ill be posting pics tomorrow or wed to show progress

wow your looking better bro. im just cutting down abit now for when i start mine coz i seem to store more fat when im on. even tho i up the cardio but if i do to much i never really see the gains myself. good look bro keep it up. and send more pics.
