This was for reps....not a max !!
if you want critique take off the shirt.
So thats what a diehard Miami fan looks like.LOL. Not bad canes. See a little tread around the middle but trust me, I know the feeling. You look like a happy fellow who really enjoys what he's doing. With that attitude the results are only a matter of time. Peace. Be Safe, and keep up the hard work.:)
Dude I know I have a fucked body !!! LOL I don't need any critique to know its crap.Quote:

As for the tread, Ohhhhhh boy you got that one pegged right ! I have been trying to diet and do more cardio, so hopefully in a couple of months I can post a picture with less "Michelen Man" effect
Frank, again, thanks for being kind. It's appreciated.
No need to get mad Canes.....what gym is that?? It looks really nice ??
This was not my regular gym, just a place where I was getting some personal training at the time, to try and increase my squat and deadlift. It worked, in 6 weeks, with improved technique and diet I was able to put 45 lbs on my squat max and 35 lbs on my deadlift max.Quote:

The gym pictured is South Miami Fitness. It's in city of South Miami at the corner of Sunset Ave (SW 72nd St) and Dixie Highway (U.S. 1)
My regular gym is Gold's Miami - South. It's located across SW 107th Ave from Florida International University.
Ya got a great attitude bro, keep that positive attitude and you will find that you will be where you want to be before you know it. By the way, how old are you? have any goals set for yourself?
keep hittin it hard bro.
glad to have a happy fellow along with us...keep pumping bro..and hit that diet hard...it is just a matter of time..
Attitude is a key proponent to lifting. I love working out and no matter what will do it above everything else....I never miss workouts, for anything.Quote:

I am 41, and started lifting at age 38. I have gained about 10 lbs since I started lifting, but my bodyfat has dropped by 7-10%. I am completely natural and am debating weather or not I should start AS or not.
My goals are simple right now, I want to drop bodyfat over gaining muscle at this point, so I am trying to do cardio 4 times a week, and have cleaned up my diet quite a bit.
:lift:
I'm trying !Quote:

At my age you will LIVE to lift. Trust me if you don't you get fat & lazy real quick ! And you die soon after that. That is motivation for me !:)Quote:

Thanks lil_josh !
You have what many people in this world dont have: your happy, IMO this is the most important thing you could have because in retrospect without it, everything else is meaningless. Continue working out and you WILL get the results you want if your set your mind to it. Good luck and i look forward to hearing about your progress.
Thanks Cynical, I appreciate it and hope to keep everyone abreast of my progress. I am starting with a BBing friend of mine on Tuesday with a new routine and diet and hopefully he says I will "Shock the World" in 8 weeks.Quote:

They were 20.5 flexed that day, 19.5 cold or unflexed. He actually is unhappy with his arms because he has flat not peaks. I tell him being upset at your body is ALL relative when speaking to him.....
LOL.
Trust me I,d rather have his then mine anyday of the week!
You and me too Billy.Quote:

Yes he does, and he has sacrificed to get it too. After knowing him I know what you guys really go through to get as big as y'all are. I want to do some sacrificing too, and am looking forward to gaining some size too.Quote:

IGF-1 said it all. You know what you are doing. I enjoy your comments on the board, and am glad to hear on your progress...45lbs on your squat is AMAZING progress.
Keep it up bro.
Thanks Papa ! I was doing a 3x3 training sessions with him, where I was doing squat, bench & deadlift training 3 times a week, and not doing any other exercises. It amazed me, but then again when I had him pushing me I was being pushed like I could never push myself alone. That's why I am really looking for a training partner big-time. I feel I could lift more if I had someone to push me all the time.Quote:
