Nice tranformation bro. Looks like you have a wide waist, I do too, it makes it hard to make your lats look large with a wide waist.

You may be relying more on leverage from your arms when you're bench pressing. I suggest flat bench flys / incline bench FLYS!! dogg. Really stretch the fvck out of the muscle on the bottom of the eccentric and squeeze the $hit out of it at the top of the contraction. AND GO HEAVY...other than that you're comin together nicely. Keep up the good work. :lift:
I think you need to do a lot more incline work.
Congrats on the progress. Just stay at it hard and everything will come together. Will and dedication are no match for anything in your way.
Did my chest workout this morning... Changed things up a bit... I pushed it so hard I almost made myself sick... lol
Did Flat Bench Barbell did 265x10 then dropped 10-15 lbs and did as many as I could... Then rest and repeat.. Im gonna try this for alittle while.. I definitely had alot more of a pump then I normally do.. Same technique was used on Incline and Decline also.. Thanks for the input guys!! I'll try to kick some dumbbell ass in a couple of days :lift:
i would say drop the decline work completely. Your lower chest already dominates. Throw in another incline exercise in its place, I find heavy dumbell incline butterflies work best.

Start your chest days with Incline barbell press and also include some incline flyes and really stretch the $hit out of it and you will see it grow.
Forgot to tell ya that other then your chest you have had a kick-a$$ transformation and that you should shave the Wolly-Mammoth on your chest and your definition should show through!
