Hey guys im new to the board , anyway just posting some pics up I started dieting at the start of september , thats when i got back into lifting weights too as i had had surgery before this and had not lifted for 11 months, so it was wierd getting back into it but i think im doing ok for someone who has been dieting and lifting for a couple of months after nearly a year off. I welcome all feedback thanks guys
