Flame away boys. Stats 6'0" 223lbs. Body fat % - not really sure Will be shredding up going forward and will post progress. Also, will post pics of the wheels soon, too. Was in a hurry....also...sorry for poor cropping ability. I am NOT a photoshop guru.
Lookin thick bro. We have a very similar build. I am 6'3" and 238 with roughly the same bf as you. It looks like your arms are lacking in comparison to chest and shoulds. I have the same problem because of the height it seems hard to develop nice bellies in the tries and bis. I bet the diameter of your arms is pretty big but being tall you really gotta pack the size on them to get them symetrical with everything else.

Thanks bicgut77. I usually get comps on my arms. i don't think i did a great job shooting them. You're right though...it does take some doing to get pack on the size to 'em.

I think you look good bro. Your arms look proportional to me. Good overall size and bodyfat doesn't look too high. You shouldn't have to cut too much (depending on what look you're going for). I would guess your bf% is around 9 or 10 maybe. I'm sure other people are more qualified to guess on that, but that's my $0.02.

Thanks guys. I workout at home so I don't get much feedback. Wifey only comments on how big the dumbbells are or how much weight I lift. I don't ever get any progress complements.

Sad news in the shredding world. I think my days cutting days are nearing an end. I have a deal that is sending me to Latin America for an extended period of time. Lots of work and no time to dedicate to WCAS workout. I have another 10 days. Anyway, I guess I will remain the same for now.

Your arms are not that small at all bro, I think the pics the guys are refering to are the rear snaps, true ,those pics do not do your arms justice.
Good luck in latin america, try squeeze an hour in if you can after work.
