THis is my first cycle, 500mg Sust/400 mg Deca a week.
Put on about 12 pounds so far, on week 5 of a 12 week cycle.
Little bloaty, but no other side effects worth mentioning! Take a look:

Look good bro, keep up the good work. I would like to see you work on the chest a bit more though, not up to par with the arms. Do that and you'll look even better.

Ya... chest gots me down. WHole perpose for this cycle iz to blast chest and calves..... any pointers for some quick chest mass? Right now Im doing Dumbbell Presses, usually 3-4 sets w/ 90's, Butterfly's with cables and about 8 plates on the hammer press things. Thats about as heavy as I can go... ;) More reps? More sets? wha?

flex- for your chest, more weight less reps, but more sets if that makes sense. What has helped me alot is the slow neg. rep. Give yourself a 5 count maybe even 7 when your letting the weight down. It sucks at first, but you will learn to love it when you see the results. flat, decline, and incline are a must. You could try to rotate btw db and bb to hammer strength. I always love the free weights though.

I started eatting right at the beginning of my cycle and gained a good 5-6 pounds before the gear even kicked in. Its been about 2 weeks since the gear kicked in and I'm feeling dammnn good. >=)
