1st Cycle Results **(UPDATED WITH BEFORE PICS)**
im 20...5' 10"...ive only been lifting for 2 years...i started at 145lbs at 25% BF( real out of shape) this at week 11 of my 11 week cyp, eq, winni cycle...no pics of legs, there way behind but I AM working on them! the cycle was as follows...
week 1-10 cyp200 (400-600mg/week tapered to 200mg then 100)
week 1-8 eq (200mgs/week)
week 7-11 winni (50mg eod)
i went from 160(after a 3 month cutting diet(last picture)) to a little over 180lbs...i put on a little fat... PCT was nolva/clomid/clen/trib/cell tech, lots of protein and kept my calories up since its the winter now...its been 3 months since my last shot of cyp, i am still the same weight, almost the same strenght just fatter... i already felt like shat and broke out but i think im done recovering.
wut do guys think? i can take critism
