another.

and finally...
Very nice base to build on. You have good muscle bellies as a foundation and decent structure. I would guess your BF to be lower than 17% however. I would guess 13-14%.
You have a great foundation brother. All you need to do is add a little mass. It shouldn't be too hard because it seems like yuo know what you are doing! You look great. It is really hard to beleive that your BF is 17% it looks more like a 10% ! Keep pumpin man!
Bodyfat 17 % on The Tanita weight scales these pictures where taken in August 02 just finished my bulking stage of 18 weeks back on the cutting stage again ready for summer 03 will post 12 month photos in feb 03
no way are you 17% bf.. That would make me about 30+% bf.. lol
The one thing I noticed aside from the glare when I first saw the pics were your forearms, very nice muscle development. You are off to a great start, and you should look forward to some great gains. Keep up the excellent work.
Luv the facial expresion in the first pic.. lol
Looking good.
looking good man.. i would suggest to put some heavy presses in your program to help bring out the chest. looking great though man.... all that in 6 months, great job! wheels lookin good to man!

Last One Thanks For The Support Into 2003 Keep Pumping Guys
good start, bro ... I expect we'll see great gains in the next set of pics!
btw, those scales are about the WORST way to measure bf% ... rarely are they accurate, so I agree that you're WAY below 17% :D
Bf is definitely not 17%Quote:

Skid is correct. Tanita scales suck!! They are by far the least accurate measuring device. If you are really interested in an accurate measurement, see a qualified person who will do your skin fold measurements (the more measuring points the better) or if you want it to be very accurate, look into hydro displacment (water) testing. Like I said before, you are definately below 15% and probably closer t0 10-12%Quote:

nice progress bro! your hard training is paying off for you
good luck in 03 :D
Great job bro, keep it up! In case it hasn't been said enough, hehe, definitely lower than 17% :)
Is that the Tanita scale with the "Athlete" mode? If not, then those bf scales are more for the normal, non-athletic person. For around $100 you can get one with the "Athlete" mode that will give you a better bf reading...Quote:
