new and eager
I've been on this board for a while already and I thought Id state my stats and goals that are more current:
Age:23
Height:6 ft
Weight:215
Bodyfat%:21.23
Bench:215-way down from shoulder injury (stretched ligament, right)
Deadlift:?-250ish
Squat:around 285-havent maxed in a while
Goal
Bench:300
Deadlift:350
Squat:400
Weight:225
12%Bodyfat (not top priority at the moment)
Diet 90% of the time: Oatmeal, chicken, Lunch meat (chicken/turkey low fat), rice, milk, whey protein blend, bananas, broccoli, wheat bread.
Injuries: 1.) Dislocated right shoulder 6 times as a result of a fight. been to PT twice for it. Currently experiencing little or no pain when performing compound shoulder-involving movements. Left shoulder rarely has a small pain when used strenously. 2.) compressed disc (L-4/L-5) in lower back as a result of car accident. Lower back causes no problems when lifting. It is more of a problem if I am sitting/laying anywhere for an extende amount of time.
Supplement intake:
Glutamine-may not be for very much longer due to the recent posts/studies I have read about it, questioning its effectiveness.
Whey Protein blend
Zinc/magnesium/calcium
B complex
Glucosamine Chondroitin
Hope you guys can play at least a small part in helping me achieve my goals.

Hey, welcome to the site. Stick around and read up on some stuff. Not sure if im reading this right but your considering a dianabol only cycle ? I've been reading up on this stuff for a while now and from what i've learnt, you need testosterone as a base for any cycle. You will most likely lose all your gains from dbol only and most of the gains will be water.

Dont do it bro you will lose everything you gain. You need to get educated fast before you do anything. Read these threads http://forums.steroid.com/anabolic-steroids-questions-answers/161345-newbies-starter-pack.html thouroughly and you will understand why what you are contemplating is a bad idea
