ME squat
high box squats with 15 pounds of chains. 110*3, 200*3, 220*3, 242*1(when I could not get more then one rep on this weight I knew something was wrong and my lower back was killing me. I have fucked it upp a bit and need to let it rest and recover for some weeks).
Pull thru 150*18-20*3
DB Lunges 70*10*3 (10 reps each leg)
Gluteham 4*5
Roman chairs 44*15-20*2, 66*15*2

nice johan.. sup everyone. I will be starting a modified Westside routine as soon as I finish my current Max-OT style training period which has about 10 more weeks left, so I'll be hanging around here (the PL board) reading and learning :)
