Raw training routine
I've been trying to find a powerlifting routine, or atleast guidelines to create routine which doesn't revolve around using shirts or suits to lift in. I've tried a WSB routine and a 3x3 routine. Both without using a shirt or a suit. I wasn't very happy with the results I got from either. Could anyone suggest a routine or guidelines for one if I'm only interested in doing all lifts raw? Thanks.

SUN
deadlift 1x3
bent rows 2x5
TUES
bench 1x3
incline 1x3
military press 1x5
THURS
squat 1x3
zercher box squats 1x5
