Vitamins: When I take them

And then for the next few hours pee really bright yellow, am I pissing away some of the vitamins or just what I don't need? The wife says my pee should not change colors or I'm wasting them... :yellowcon

That's from the B complex. It's normal.

The urine color is caused by an excess of vitamins and minerals, your body can only absorb so much, the rest is urinated out.

So its normal but some are pass through and out...
