Also a friend of mine Im training is just starting out lifting weights and he needs to loose about 20lbs.. All his weight is in his belly and a small bit in his chest.. He has skinny arms and legs.. What would be the best fat loss product for my buddy.. Along with his diet and training..
Diet and cardio are you freind right now. Other than that maybe look into using clenbuterol.

clen is not OTC, some companies are selling for "research".
What is much more important than finding a 1000mg. cap is making sure you know what % of the oil is CLA, and also what the isomer ratios are. There is some junk CLA out there.Quote:
